Our partners support the GIS Foundation through gifts-in-kind and individual donations to one or more of the four Foundation Focus Areas: Mental Wellness, Professional Development, Accessibility and Chapter Support. They receive recognition in the GIS Annual Report.

Mental Wellness

Supporting students by recognizing the paramount importance of mental well-being, offering an array of comprehensive mental health resources, and addressing the emotional and psychological needs of aspiring students.

Professional Development

Supporting students in their pursuit of insurance, risk management and actuarial science careers by providing professional headshots, stipends for business attire, travel scholarships to attend industry conferences and events, and funds for exam study materials and fees.

Accessibility

Increasing accessibility to the industry by providing support and resources for disabled students, veterans, and more. Through these targeted initiatives we aim to empower individuals from all walks of life to thrive in the insurance sector.

Chapter Support

Lowering barriers to entry by equipping and empowering current and prospective GIS chapters through financial support for new chapters, general chapter programming and educational experiences, and more.
